Bending die operation

aluminium profile bending die operation

the die for the aluminium profile 120*38mm with top 2 profiles has done

the bending die including:

1, side panel*1pcs, 2, rolling die*3pcs,backing insert 11pcs

For diameter less than 300mm required 5 times bending.
  • please put all insert into the aluminium profile
  • this backing panel must be putted along with the profile in the single roller side, if not putted, the bending profile will wrinkle

after bending , the backing insert require a machine to pull it out, we have backing insert pulling machine as below:

or you could use electric hoist to pull the backing insert out, we suggest at least 1Ton of hoist to pull. if you don’t have, we could send to you along with the die.
